WELCOME BACK . . . a quick look away from a your computer, tablet or cell phone screen not only helps develop near far vision focus, but it also helps relieve the eye strain caused by too much time on your computer, tablet and cell phone screens. The same exercise can also be done when you are reading a book or watching television. Periodically looking away at something far away improves your need far vision and helps relieve eye strain.
