Acceleration in Game Chaos

Player should always warm-up before practicing acceleration.

Acceleration in Chaos -

This exercise increases the number of players all running through the same point at the same time to improve player  depth perception and spatial localization while accelerating at speed.

In this exercise three lines of accelerating players are in a "12 to 6", "2 to 8" and "4 to 10" crossover pattern (see animation below) with players having to use their vision and decision making not to run into each other.

Video Taping
After a couple sessions have a volunteer or assistant video tape this exercise and view the video looking for players who make judgement errors or are slow to make decisions in this exercise. If players exhibit visual depth perception and/or spatial localization problem see "Video Taping" notes on Acceleration in Games page.

Focus on excellence. Too many repetitions is counter productive.
